Quiet Hours:
Please be considerate of neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
Prohibited Activities:
Smoking, strong odors, loud noises, parties, and gatherings are strictly prohibited both inside the room and anywhere on the property (including the terrace). Violations may result in a penalty fee of 100,000 yen per day.
Liability:
We are not responsible for accidents, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises. If you damage any equipment or furnishings, please notify us at checkout.
Child Safety:
If you are traveling with young children, please supervise them closely, especially around stairs, to prevent accidents. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur.
